October 16, 2009 - Emily has a French II project due today. She was to make a store and upper floor apartment out of a shoebox. Then she had to label everything in her store and apartment. We went to the craft store on Tuesday after school. She worked on the project Tuesday evening, Wed and yesterday. I am blown away by the amount of detail she put into it. The small lights on the outside of the store blink. She also has small lights on the ceiling of the apartment and store - they are steady (nonblinking). If you open the dresser drawers - you will see what looks like clothes folded up.I was really impressed with what she has done with it that I wanted to take photos and share with my smugmug friends. :) OK OK - so this is merely another proud Mom moment. But that is allowed - right? ;)
