October 9, 2009 Emily worked on this cake for her boyfriend Stetson for at least 6 hours yesterday afternoon and evening. First time she ever made a cake with rolled fondant - which she dyed purple and black. Stetson loves purple.. and she added black so it didn't "look too girly". Happy 17th birthday Stetson - you are a great kid/young man.
