... another last minute desperation shot. Today was a hell of a day. Found out this morning by a less than pleasant debt collector that "legal action" is going to be taken against me because of a payday advance loan that was taken out last summer in my name - and defaulted on. So now I am dealing with a case of identity theft. We checked our credit reports tonight and they are all clear as of now. Life Lock is helping us and we also found out the legal plan we are a part of via Ian's company fully covers us on issues like this. Makes me feel a bit better - however considering they used my DL# and SS# to get the loan and not something I can easily close like a credit card account or bank account that concerns but a bit more. Prayers, positive thoughts, crossed fingers and toes (even hairy ones in Lily's case) are all appreciated.
